Recruiters receive hundreds of resumes each day and only spend six seconds, on average, reviewing each one. Resumes now need to be tailored to each job description.

You can no longer send the same resume to every job you want. Since most companies use ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) software to evaluate incoming resumes (500+ per day), you must include information from their job descriptions in your document.

This means using keywords from their postings. And focus on your skills rather than listing your experience as a job description.

Options:

50-minute Review

Receive an in-depth critique of your resume. This will include detailed feedback for content optimization, formatting and keyword usage to target specific industries for your existing resume. Since it is important to learn how to update your resume for each role, a complete 'ideal' job posting from a site like LinkedIn and Indeed is requested.

Creation/Rewrite

This will be based on your existing resume or information you provide: employment history, education, technical skills, language skills, core competencies, etc. The resume will be unique and will target the job description.

An ideal job description or one for which you have already applied is required for either service.

Both options will provide you with a unique document directed to a specific job that is not from a template.
